APPOINTMENTS

Appointment will be scheduled through the online booking system with the exception of Extension Installation Appointments. Extension Installation appointments can be scheduled via EMAIL. New Extension Installation appointments must receive an in person consultation before booking. 50-60% of the package is due to book the appointment and is non-refundable + non-transferable. Excessive matting & tangling will incur additional charges. Extension Installations left unkept will be removed & future services will be denied. Incorrectly booked appointment will not be honored. Please book the correct appointment or reach out to me via EMAIL with questions.

CANCELLATIONS

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Anything less than 48 hours you are subjected to a $50 charge.

If you cancel your online booking more then 3 times, you will need to start calling for an appointment.

Extensions that are cancelled 48 hours before the service will have the deposit refunded in the original form of payment. Appointments not cancelled before 48 hours will not receive a deposit refund.

All cancellations must be made through the online booking system.

PUNCTUALITY

Please text 603.785.8746 if you will be late for your appointment.

If you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late I cannot guarantee your booked service will be provided.

Missed appointment due to tardiness will forfeit appointment deposit.
